Super 7 Motel Sedalia

We were headed threw for a funeral.. Money was tight and all we had was cash. There was no issue no extra deposits. I called told the lady we'd be there in 15 min the lady held our room till we got there. It was late super nice people. We paid $59 including taxes for a room with a king bed. We had a good stay. The room wasn't bad needs a Lil paint but the beds are so comfortable. Room was clean. There was a mini fridge,iron board,coffee pot TV was large and worked good.. If we are ever back threw this way we will stay here again.

Those hotel is an excellent value. Is it the Hilton no... is it better than every other $50 hotel I have ever stayed at? Absolutely. My room was clean, checking was smooth and no deposit was requested. My go to hotel in Sedalia!

The rooms were SO MUCH better than the last time I was here, everything was clean! The customer service was spot on perfect and everyone was friendly! I would definitely recommend to everyone looking for a reasonably priced room for the night. I’ll be coming back next time guaranteed

You get what you pay for. This hotel does look sketchy on the outside, but the rooms were quite nice and clean. There were a couple little quirks, like stained sheets (you could tell they were clean though, just stained) and the rooms smell a little old and musty, but those were fixable. As soon as we turned on the AC, the musty smell started going away, and the room service and customer service was absolutely wonderful. Anything we needed, they were there to help with. My roommate accidently locked me out of my room and fell asleep, but the workers stuck around until I got back in. The only other problem I have is a personal problem. I am terrible with accents, so it took me a little bit to understand the clerk. He was very patient with me though, even though I had him repeat himself over and over. It did seem sketchy at first, but as soon as I realized how much the workers care and help out, I really did enjoy my stay. It was definitely worth the amount paid for the rooms.

This has become my PREFERRED place to stay in Sedalia. I travel to Sedalia a lot, and have stayed in pretty much every hotel in town and in the surrounding areas. This is my "go-to." Yes, it's south of town a ways, but driving time to town really isn't any longer than fighting traffic when staying in the hotels west of town on Hwy 50. Yes, it's an exterior access hotel on the highway, but the highway really isn't that busy outside of rush hours, and the traffic noise isn't something you can't mask with the climate control unit. Overall, it's a very good value for the price (which is cheaper than anywhere else in town), but also it's a good place to stay PERIOD...the building is dated, but rooms are fairly recently renovated and well apportioned, and more importantly are kept clean. The staff is VERY friendly and attentive to needs. My only complaint (which doesn't reflect directly on the proprietor) is that even though one half of the complex is clearly marked smoking, and the other half marked non smoking, about half the time I'll book a nonsmoking room (as I always do) to find that the previous occupant didn't respect the no smoking sign...and sometimes by smoking "not tobacco." Again, not necessarily the proprietor's fault...you can tell that they've cleaned the room thoroughly, and it goes away after a couple of hours running the climate control unit, but it's annoying and might be a bigger deal yet for those with respiratory or allergy issues. I kind of wish they'd just make the whole complex nonsmoking (they're often fully booked at sunset, so it might not cost them any business). Even so, I have absolutely no hesitation about booking here as my first choice when traveling to Sedalia.

The housekeeper does an amazing job she's super sweet very helpful and works hard I'm very pleased with how clean the rooms are how attentive she is to detail and how nice the hotel staff are with understanding people's situations and working with them truly and amazing hotel all around. I highly recommend super 7
